Thanks, Sean! There are always some people who don't like changes. The question is does the bank support them or ignore. And this is about feedback gap. Other point is that new version sometimes does not provide the same features as previous one, or it's too hard to find. In this case there is no match with old user expectations and mental model. Usually it is because of execution gap where this model was not properly explored.
